Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb apologizes when there is contempt of court proceedings
The Islamabad High Court has suspended the verdict of DC Islamabad and others in the contempt of court case.
A hearing was held in the High Court on the appeal against the judgment of DC Islamabad and others regarding contempt of court.
DC Rawalpindi had issued an MPO order for Shehryar Afridi after the arrest of PTI founder, the lawyer said.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb said that the Islamabad High Court orders that if not to arrest, they are still arrested.
The High Court temporarily suspended the punishments of DC Islamabad and others and adjourned the hearing of the case. The Islamabad High Court said that the sentences will remain suspended until the next hearing.
