Under which law Punjab Police is making arrests in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa? Peshawar High Court
The Peshawar High Court has issued a written order on a petition against the possible arrest of Chief Minister-designate for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur.
The written order stated that the petitioner’s counsel stated that the Punjab Elite Force was following him to arrest Ali Amin Gandapur, who is the chief ministerial nominee of the party which got the highest number of votes in the province.
The court ordered that the petitioner should not be arrested till the next hearing in the listed cases. Under which law Punjab Police is arresting the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa within the limits of this province.
The written order further said that the IG Khyber Pakhtunkhwa should submit its reply in this regard. Preliminary notice is issued to all parties for March 19.
