Maryam Aurangzeb and Javed Latif acquitted of inflammatory speech case

Lahore: The anti-terrorism court acquitted Maryam Aurangzeb and Javed Latif in the case of inflammatory speech.

Judge Naveed Iqbal, while giving a reserved verdict on the pleas of acquittal, also acquitted League leader Maryam Aurangzeb and Javed Latif along with MDPTV Sohail Ali Khan, former news director Rashid Baig from the case.

Earlier on Wednesday morning, Maryam Aurangzeb appeared in the court on the occasion of the hearing of the case, after which the court reserved the decision of the case.
