Lahore: 4 children were burnt to death in a house fire incident in Achhra area.
According to initial reports, a fire incident took place in a house in Achhra area of Lahore, in which 4 children were burnt to death. As soon as the incident was reported, the rescue teams reached the spot and rescued the bodies of the children and shifted them to the hospital.
Among the dead children are Noor Fatima, Iman Fatima, Ismail and Ibrahim.
Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi has expressed deep sorrow and regret over the incident of the death of 4 children due to fire in the house in Achhra area. Expressing his condolences to the bereaved, he asked for a report on the tragic incident and ordered an investigation into the fire incident.
Meanwhile, a cylinder exploded in a house in Green Town area of Lahore, after which the house caught fire. On receiving the information, the rescue teams took action and extinguished the fire. In the incident, three people including 2 children were burnt and injured, including 10-year-old Hussain, 12-year-old Binyamin and 40-year-old Jahanzeb Khan, who have been shifted to Jinnah Hospital.
