KARACHI (PNP) The nomination papers of renowned minority politician Dr. Ramesh Kumar Vankwani have been approved by the Election Commission of Pakistan to contest general election from Karachi’s new constituency NA-241.

The news spread like wildfire and a large number of citizens residing in Clifton Karachi visited the residence of Dr Ramesh Kumar to congratulate him and assured full support. According to them, the constituency NA 241 is in dire need of an honest, decent, dedicated and highly-educated politician with a passion to serve people and do something better in the public interest. Reportedly, Dr Ramesh Kumar enjoys favorable votebank in the NA-241 as the most strongest and favourable candidate to contest elections from there.

On this occasion, Dr. Ramesh thanked his supporters and said the new constituency of NA 241 consists of well-educated, knowledgeable, capable, broad-minded, tolerant and talented citizens. He further assured that he will soon present the election manifesto under the banner of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) before the people of the constituency.

According to the priority list provided to the Election Commission, Dr. Ramesh Kumar Vankwani has been nominated by the Pakistan Peoples Party for the seat reserved for non-Muslim minorities in the National Assembly. However, he is more interested to contest elections on general seat and in this regard, the official announcement for the party ticket of the NA-241 in his favour is expected in the next coming days.
