Taking notice of the incident, the higher officers suspended SHO Wasim Siddiqui.
According to police officials, the incident of aerial firing took place on December 25, which was the birthday of the SHO’s son, and on that occasion he fired in the air inside the police station.
On the one hand, the Karachi Police Chief is releasing a video statement regarding the avoidance of aerial firing, on the other hand, aerial firing is being done inside the police station, but the case of the aerial firing incident could not be registered until late at night.
