Decision to make Asad Shafiq a selector and consultant

It has been decided to make cricketer Asad Shafiq as a selector and consultant.

According to sources, Asad Shafiq will be a part of the selection committee for the first time and he will support Taseef Ahmed and Wahab Riaz in the T20 series against New Zealand.

Asad Shafiq will take charge from January 1 and will work alongside Kamran Akmal, Salman Butt and Rao Iftikhar.
