The Supreme Court of Pakistan refused to hear the petition against not holding elections within 90 days.
The petition was filed in the Supreme Court by Islamabad High Court Bar Association President Shoaib Shaheen.
Shoaib Shaheen requested that we have filed a request for the date of elections in Punjab in the Supreme Court, our request should be heard.
Justice Muneeb Akhtar said that your application is not before us, the matter of elections has been sent to the Chief Justice.
Justice Ijazul Hassan said that the power to constitute a bench rests with the Chief Justice, it is the discretion of the Chief Justice to appoint a case for hearing or not.
