Bangladesh Cricket Team Captain Shakib Al Hasan—-File Photo

Bangladesh’s ruling party Awami League has confirmed that cricket team captain Shakib-ul-Hasan will contest the election.

According to media reports, Awami League has confirmed the nomination of Shakib-ul-Hasan, the player will participate in the general elections on January 7 next year.

According to local media, Shakib-ul-Hasan will contest the elections from his native Magura-One constituency, his return to cricket has not yet been announced.

It should be noted that Shakibul Hasan’s finger was injured in the match against Sri Lanka in the World Cup.

After the series of 2 home Test matches against New Zealand, Bangladesh is scheduled to visit New Zealand.

Bangladesh has to play 6 matches of white ball series from 11th to 31st December.

- Press clippings

- Collaborative biography as a Group Lead on the Personality of Dr. Adeeb ul Hassan Rizvi, founder of Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation
