The waiter of the restaurant escaped from the incident after the shooting
Lahore: A waiter shot and killed a citizen at a paratha shop in Mazang area.
Police and forensic teams reached the spot as soon as the incident was reported, but no one was present at the hotel. The hotel staff and owner were all absent.
The waiter of the restaurant fled the scene after the shooting. The deceased has been identified as Rizwan Bhatti.
According to SP Civil Lines, Rizwan Bhatti was residing in Shahdara. That period has been shifted to Karachi three years ago.
SP Civil Lines Abdul Hanan said that the police are looking for the accused who fired. Further investigations are also being conducted into the incident including target killing.
