Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League (N) leader Javed Latif says that if there was a level playing field, the red carpet would have been laid for Nawaz Sharif.
Speaking to the media outside the anti-terrorism court in Lahore, PML-N leader Javed Latif said that even today there is no level playing field. If there was a level playing field, the red carpet would have been laid for Nawaz Sharif. A few journalists campaigned against Nawaz Sharif saying that he is a thief.
Javed Latif further said that the facilities available to Chairman PTI in jail are not available to anyone. We are standing in ATC court for criticizing Imran Khan for reform. Everyone knows who wrote the 2017 decision. Those who are the characters of 2017 should be brought to justice. The behavior of Nawaz Sharif in the previous elections should have been questioned. Not everyone knows how the judicial complex was attacked. The election of 2024 will be transparent.
Javed Latif further said that today people are suffering from the decisions of institutions. The process of self-accountability in institutions is a good step.
