Lahore: PTI activist Khadija Shah’s husband, who was detained again after being released on May 9 incidents, challenged the move in the Lahore High Court.
According to Express News, Khadija Shah’s husband Jahanzeb Amin has taken a position in the request to end the detention that Khadija Shah was detained again after being imprisoned and released on the events of May 9, Khadija Shah’s detention is based on malice. He was detained illegally.
The petitioner has made the federal government, Deputy Commissioner Lahore and others a party and has taken a position that the court should order to prevent Khadija Shah from being taken outside the limits of Lahore, the court should declare the detention notification as illegal.
