The spokesman has said that the market survey is being started on the instructions of the Caretaker Federal Minister of Health, Dr. Nadeem Jan.
The Caretaker Federal Minister of Health says that DRAP has issued instructions to the field offices and provincial health departments, that traditional syringes are used repeatedly.
Dr. Nadeem Jan said that repeated use of traditional syringes can cause the spread of hepatitis and AIDS, and strict action will be taken against those selling, distributing and stocking banned products.
He also said that a coordinated strategy has been made to eliminate fake and unregistered drugs, with the National Task Force conducting raids across the country.
