16 new cases of malaria have been reported in the capital city of Karachi during the last 24 hours.

According to the spokesperson of Sindh Health Department, 8 cases have been reported from Malir district and 3 from Sharqi district of Karachi.

2, 2 from South and West districts and one case of malaria from Korangi district.

According to the spokesman, 2248 cases of malaria have been reported across Sindh in 24 hours.

This year more than 4 lakh 80 thousand cases of malaria were reported in Sindh while 2 people died due to it.
