Khizr Afzal, head of polio eradication program in Punjab, says that Punjab has been polio-free for 3 years.
He has said this in a statement issued.
Khizr Afzal has further said that the rate of children deprived of vaccines in October is less than 1.3%.
The head of anti-polio program of Punjab has also said that 2 crore 25 lakh children are targeted for vaccination.
