Chairman PTI has challenged the trial court’s decision of August 5

The Islamabad High Court has fixed the bail appeal of chairman PTI in the 190 million pounds scam and Tosha Khana NAB investigation cases for hearing on November 7.

Registrar Islamabad High Court issued the cause list. Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri will conduct the hearing. The court has issued notices to the Election Commission in the appeal.

Chairman PTI has challenged the trial court’s decision of August 5. Chairman PTI is on bail after suspension of sentence in Tosha Khana case.

The Accountability Court had dismissed the bail of chairman PTI in NAB cases for non-compliance.

It should be noted that the two-member bench has already restored the guarantees of Chairman PTI in six cases.
