The inter-divisional national basketball championship was won by Lahore, beating Islamabad by 100 points to 59 in the final.
The final of the event played in the Liaquat Gymnasium Hall of Jinnah Stadium was between Lahore and the host city Islamabad in which the players of Lahore defeated the rival team by showing a brilliant game.
In the decisive match, Lahore scored 100 points while Islamabad scored 59 points. Apart from local fans, foreign fans were also present to watch the final.
The third position in the event was won by Faisalabad, which defeated Peshawar by 55 points against 43 points.
The National Basketball Championship was played under the Basketball Association in which 8 regions participated.
