Karachi: A 5-day-old dead body of Pesh Imam was recovered from the mosque room in Kemari.
55-year-old Attaullah, the imam of Bait-ul-Mukram Mosque in Bengali Para, Machar Colony, was missing for five days. They were being searched for but were not found.
Today, after the stench rose from the mosque room, the residents of the area went there and found the dead body of the imam lying in front of them, on which the residents informed the police and rescue team.
The rescue team shifted the body to Civil Hospital for post-mortem. According to the police, the exact situation will be revealed after the post-mortem.
