The International Cricket Council (ICC) has charged 8 people for trying to fix the T-Ten League.
These 8 persons include team owners, coaches and players who have been provisionally suspended.
In this regard, it has been said by ICC that these persons tried to fix matches in Abu Dhabi T-Ten League 2021.
According to reports, team owners Krishan Kumar Choudhary and Prag Sanghvi, batting coach Ashar Zaidi, team manager Shadab Ahmed, assistant coach Sunny Dilhun have been provisionally suspended while Bangladeshi cricketer Nasir Hussain and also against cricketers Rizwan Javed and Saliya Suman. Action has been taken.
All those facing ICC action belong to the Devils squad, who have been directed to file responses to the charges within 14 days.
According to the report, Krishan Kumar Chaudhary is accused of not reporting attempted corruption, not cooperating with the investigation and creating obstruction.
According to the ICC, Prag Sanghavi is accused of gambling on the results of the matches and non-cooperation in the investigation, while Ashar Zaidi is accused of three charges, including involvement in and instigation of fixing.
According to the ICC, Nasir Hussain is accused of not reporting a gift worth $700, while Rizwan Javed, Saliya Suman and Sunny Dhillon are also accused of fixing and not reporting offers.
