Batter of Pakistan cricket team Iftikhar Ahmed has said that there is a spirit of effort in our team, the way the boys are dying, there will be a good result in the World Cup.
Speaking after losing the match against Sri Lanka in the Asia Cup Super Four stage, Iftikhar Ahmed said that the match was very difficult, we lost in the last stage and all the players were confident of victory.
Iftikhar Ahmed said that it was Zaman Khan’s debut, he was sure that if there were six or seven runs, then he would save it, it happens in cricket, six runs were required from two balls, then he got a boundary.

Iftikhar Ahmed added that we played like the world number one team, if we lost it does not mean that all of us boys have fallen.
