The deceased has been identified as 25-year-old Muhammad Bilal
Karachi: A Coast Guard soldier was martyred by firing by unknown persons in Sadar area of Shahr Quaid.
The victim was identified as Muhammad Bilal. A 25-year-old Coast Guardsman was killed by unidentified motorcyclists near Priddy Street. Mobile phone and money are present in the deceased’s pocket, while a motorcycle was also found at the spot.
The police recovered a 30-bore pistol shell from the spot, which has been sent for forensics. The victim was off duty at the Coast Guards headquarters when he was targeted on nearby Priddy Street.
