The President of the Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) Roger Binny has said that we were treated like kings in Pakistan.
After returning to India from Lahore, Roger Bani and BCCI Vice President Rajeev Shukla spoke to the media.
“We had a wonderful two-day experience in Pakistan, receiving the same kind of hospitality as we had during the Test match in 1984,” Roger Binney said.
They said that we were treated like kings, we had a great time in Pakistan, we even got a chance to meet PCB officials.
BCCI president added that everyone was very happy with our visit, we were also very happy with this visit.
On this occasion, Rajeev Shukla said that the 2-day visit was good, Governor Punjab Balighur Rehman hosted a dinner in our honor.
He said that PCB’s hosting was very good, the demand of the Pakistan Board was that cricket should start between the two countries.
The BCCI vice president added that we have told them that it is for the government to decide, we will do what our government says, it was a cricket tour, there was no political agenda.
