The Asia Cup match played between Pakistan and India on Saturday was marred by rain, due to which both teams got one point each.
After getting one point, Pakistan has qualified for the Super Four stage of the Asia Cup, while one of the teams from Nepal and India will qualify for the next stage of the event today.
On Sunday, the Indian team did not do any practice while the Nepalese cricket team had an indoor training session.
The Asia Cup match between India and Nepal will be played today at the Pali Banana Cricket Stadium in Sri Lanka.
According to foreign media reports, there is more than 80 percent chance of rain in Keddy today, it is being told that the chance of rain between 11 am and 4 pm is very high.
If today’s match between India and Nepal is also affected by rain, then the Indian team will qualify for the Super Four stage.
At present, Pakistan is leading in Group A with 3 points while Indian team is second with one point and Nepali team has not got any point.
It should be noted that Pakistan defeated Nepal by 238 runs in the first match of the event.
