PCB's decision to get electricity from solar energy

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to rely on solar energy for electricity.

According to PCB spokesperson, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will get electricity from solar energy for the stadiums.

He said that the above decision has been taken to save electricity keeping in mind the future.

He also said that in the first phase, solar panels will be installed in Gaddafi Stadium Lahore and later in other stadiums.

The spokesman said that the Pakistan Cricket Board also wants to transfer the system of floodlights to solar energy.
