The hearing on the bail application of former federal minister Shireen Mazari’s daughter Iman Mazari was adjourned without proceeding.
Duty Judge Raja Jawad Abbas heard the bail application in the anti-terrorism court of Islamabad.
Due to the leave of ATC judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain, the hearing was conducted by the duty judge.
Duty Judge Raja Jawad Abbas adjourned the hearing to August 28 without proceeding.
On August 28, the court called for arguments on Iman Mazari’s bail application.
It should be noted that on August 24, the Anti-Terrorism Court of Islamabad sent Iman Mazari and Ali Wazir to Adiala Jail on judicial remand in the case of sedition, intimidation and incitement.
The court has sent Iman Mazari and Ali Wazir to Adiala Jail on 14-day judicial remand.
