ICC is trying to make Cricket World Cup betting friendly in India

The International Cricket Council (ICC) is trying to make the Cricket World Cup in India betting friendly.

According to Indian media, ICC Chief Curator Andy Atkinson has held a session with Indian curators in which ICC has given instructions to the curators for the preparation of wickets in the World Cup.

The Chief Curator of ICC has directed that the wickets for the World Cup matches should be kept batting friendly, the wickets should be kept in the ratio of 40-60 in favor of batting.

In this regard, it has also been instructed not to take pressure from the home team to prepare the wicket in any match and try to cover the entire ground in case of rain.

According to Indian media, a boundary of 70 meters will be kept in most matches of the World Cup, while the maximum length of the boundary will be 80 meters.
