The cause of anemia
As far as the treatment of anemia is concerned, if women pay attention to their diet, they can significantly reduce the chance of anemia.
Experts recommend that women should consume a healthy diet that is rich in iron, eg! Green vegetables, spinach, fenugreek, carrots, beets, tomatoes, almost all pulses and red beans, eggs, meat, kale, fish etc.
Dry fruits and seeds are also very useful for women because they contain significant amount of iron.

Medicines prescribed by the doctor including iron B12, multivitamin and calcium etc. should be taken.
Remember, a healthy woman and a healthy mother can give birth to a healthy society and child.
