Islamabad: Pervez Musharraf’s application was fixed for hearing in the Supreme Court after his death.
A three-member bench headed by the Chief Justice of Pakistan will hear the appeal against the rejection of former President Pervez Musharraf’s nomination papers on July 20.
It should be noted that former President General (retd) Pervez Musharraf had challenged the decision to reject the nomination papers in the 2013 elections. The last hearing on his appeal in the Supreme Court was held 5 years ago.
