Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid has said that Afghans are bound not to allow anyone to pose a threat to Pakistan from the ground.
Zabihullah Mujahid said in his statement that the refugees of Waziristan who have entered Afghanistan due to conflicts will be transferred.
The Taliban spokesman says that the transfer of these people will be done as an assurance of protection from threats from Afghanistan to Pakistan.
