The Chief Court of Gilgit-Baltistan has disqualified the Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan belonging to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in the fake degree case.
A bench of 3 judges of the Chief Court pronounced the verdict.
The bench includes Justice Malik Inayat-ur-Rehman, Justice Johar Ali and Justice Mushtaq.
In the fake degree case, the three judges gave a unanimous verdict.
PPP member GB Assembly Ghulam Shahzad Agha filed the application.
