Chinese Defense Minister Li Shengfu has met with Russian military chief Admiral Nikolai Yumenov.
The Chinese Ministry of Defense said in its statement about this meeting in Beijing.
The Chinese Defense Minister said that he was hopeful to strengthen the ties between the navies of the two countries at all levels.
