Instructions of medical experts regarding sacrificial meat

Like every year, medical experts are offering suggestions to prevent health-related problems on Eid al-Qur’ban, which can be followed to make the big Eid even more enjoyable.

Dr. Arshad Humayun has said regarding Eid-ul-Azha that the tools for slaughtering animals should be cleaned well, after slaughtering the animals, cook the meat after keeping it for two hours.

He has said that wash the meat well, blood remaining in the meat causes diseases, minimize the use of chili spices and ghee for cooking the meat.

Dr. Arshad Humayun has also said that consuming green coffee after eating meat will help in digestion.

Store meat in the deep freezer for up to two weeks, says Dr. Munir Ahmed.

Blood pressure, high cholesterol, uric acid, heart patients should consume meat in moderation.

It is mandatory to use vegetables, curd and easily digestible things along with meat.
