The reciter who tortured a Madrasa student in Sumanabad area of Lahore has been arrested.
The video of the child being tortured in the seminary went viral on social media, on which Superintendent of Police (SP) Iqbal Town Usman Tipu took action and arrested Qari Asif Qadri, the accused of the torture.
According to SP Usman Tipu, the accused had tortured his student while teaching, a case has been registered against the accused and investigation has been started.
