President Dr. Arif Alvi has decided to withdraw the advice on the date of elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
During the hearing in the Supreme Court, lawyer Salman Akram Raja said that the President will withdraw the notification of the date of elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He told the Supreme Court that the President of the State says that the Governor dissolved the Assembly in KP, it is also his authority to give the date of the election.
On this, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar said that why has the President not withdrawn his advice to the extent of KP?
On this, lawyer Salman Akram Raja said that the President will withdraw the advice soon.
