For this you will need ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds, ½ teaspoon of black salt, 15 ml of fresh lemon juice, a pinch of salt and 180 ml of (white) cold water.

Mix all these ingredients together and cool cold noor jam is ready. Garnish well with lemon and serve in a serving glass.

Cucumber syrup

In summer, if cucumber is consumed with food, it reduces the intensity of thirst, if you also include it as a syrup in your daily life, it will meet the lack of water in the body. .

For this you will need 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped cucumber, ½ teaspoon of ginger, 8-10 mint leaves, ½ teaspoon of black pepper and salt, 150 ml of (white) cold drink.

Mix all the other ingredients in a cold drink and serve this syrup cold, garnished with a glass of lemon and a cherry.

Virgin Pan Margarita

You will absolutely love this drink made from betel to keep the heat away. If you are a fan of paan, you must try it.

For this you will need 150 ml of sweet curd, 2 betel leaves, 1 gram of sweet betel masala, 30 ml of betel syrup, 30 ml of sweet and sour cream.

Now blend all the ingredients in a blender, garnish with betel leaf and sweet bean masala and serve.
