Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh arrived in Tehran today along with a high-level delegation.
The delegation includes Hamas leaders Sheikh Saleh al-Aruri, Khalil al-Hiya, Nazar Audullah and Muhammad Nasr.
This delegation will meet Iran’s senior officials and discuss the issue of Palestine.
The visit of the Hamas delegation took place at a time when the Secretary General of the Islamic Jihad Organization, Ziad Al-Nakhla, met with the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in Tehran a few days ago.
