The District and Sessions Court of Islamabad adjourned the Tosha Khana case against Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar adjourned the Tosha Khana case hearing.
Chairman PTI’s lawyer Khalid Yusuf appeared in the court and told the court that Chairman PTI’s senior counsel is Khawaja Haris.
Lawyer Khalid Yusuf said that lawyer Khawaja Haris is busy in Islamabad High Court today, the appeal on Toshakhana case is being heard in Islamabad High Court.
He said that Chairman PTI is appearing in Islamabad High Court today.
The court directed the lawyer of Chairman PTI to inform the high court proceedings.
