Hyderabad: In India, a girl committed suicide due to her fiance’s marriage with another girl.
The incident took place in Uttar Pradesh’s Indira Gandhinagar district, where the girl took her own life out of frustration over marrying her fiance’s other girl.
According to Indian media, the deceased girl has been identified as Padmavati, local people say that on March 9, Vinod Kumar was engaged to Padmavati.
According to the report, the two were going to get married on March 10, but Vinod ignored his fiancee and married another girl.
On which Padmavati committed suicide by drinking poison in despair, the police say that the matter is suicide while further investigation is underway.
