According to recent European research, it is important to avoid cholesterol and to have a healthy life by using fruits and vegetables in the daily diet.

Recent studies have shown that only 1 in 10 Americans consume fruits and vegetables in their daily diet, researchers say.

Danish experts looked at ‘low-density lipoproteins’ (LDL), the bad fat, and its effects on health.

It should be noted that cholesterol is a fatty, soft and smooth substance which is beneficial for human health in the prescribed amount but its increase can cause high blood cholesterol.

These unwanted and bad fats, called (LDL) or ‘low-density lipoproteins’, can build up in the blood vessels or arteries, narrowing and hardening them, leading to heart attack, stroke or other health problems. Could be the reason.

Consumption of fresh fruits is very important to control the cholesterol level as the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants contained in them increase the strength of the body’s defense system and also keep blood cholesterol at a healthy level.

Participants in a recent study consumed plant-, fruit-, and vegetable-based foods.

As a result of the study, compared to people who consumed more meat in their daily diet, the study participants’ LDL levels decreased by 10% and total cholesterol levels decreased by 7%.

Experts say that people who consume only fruits and vegetables for about 5 years have a 7 percent lower risk of heart disease, a rate similar to cholesterol-controlling drugs. .

According to experts, the results of this research have been similar to people of all continents, ages, and sizes.

Experts say that if people consume vegetables from an early age, heart diseases caused by blockage of blood vessels or arteries can be controlled.
