Iran has appointed Alireza Enayati as its ambassador to Saudi Arabia.
According to Saudi media, Ali Reza Inayati has worked as an assistant to Iran’s foreign minister.
Ali Reza has also been the Director General of Arab Gulf Affairs in the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Also, Ali Reza has been the ambassador of Iran to Kuwait from 2014 to 2019.
It should be noted that in March, Saudi Arabia and Iran announced the restoration of diplomatic relations through the mediation of China.
Under the agreement, the two countries agreed to implement security and economic cooperation agreements, including the reopening of embassies and consulates.
