Federal Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has said that a reference should be filed against the judges under Article 209 of the Constitution.
Speaking at the National Assembly session presided over by Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Khawaja Asif said that Parliament should review the Chief Justice’s misconduct.
Khawaja Asif says that the time has come for the Parliament to use its constitutional powers, the judges who gave the three-two verdict misconducted.
