Can't take more tough decisions on IMF demand, Ishaq Dar

Finance Minister Ishaq Dar says that if the IMF wants to do the agreement then do it, if it doesn’t want to do it then don’t do it.

In an informal conversation with the media, the Federal Finance Minister said that we have taken the steps that the IMF had asked us to take, but now we cannot do more.

Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said that there is a plan for external payments of 3.7 billion dollars in May and June, there is no problem.

Ishaq Dar said that it is hoped that China will roll over another 2.4 billion dollar debt of Pakistan.

The Finance Minister further said that the budget will be presented on June 9.
