In an Indian Premier League (IPL) match, Simon Dole criticized Punjab Kings’ Kagiso Rabada for his nine balls.
“This behavior is unacceptable, you are an international player,” Simon Dole said during commentary after Rabada’s two no-balls against Lucknow Supergiants.
It was the fifth ball of the 16th over when the Proteas pacer scored a no. His next ball was a wide, much to the dismay of the commentator as well as the Punjab Kings fans.
In this match, Lucknow Supergiants defeated Punjab Kings by 56 runs. Batting first, Lucknow scored 257 for 5, the second highest score in IPL history.
In reply, the Punjab team was all out by scoring 201 runs in 19.5 overs.
Rabada from South Africa took two wickets by giving 52 runs in 4 overs.
After the match, Punjab Kings captain Shikhar Dhawan admitted that the bowlers gave too many runs.
