Lahore: Muslim League (Q) has decided to give tickets to candidates on all the seats in the Punjab elections.
According to Express News, regarding the ongoing political crisis in the country and the Punjab election, a consultative meeting of party leaders was held by the elders of Pakistan Muslim League under the chairmanship of Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain.
Party Chief Organizer Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar and General Secretary Tariq Bashir Cheema, Vice President Chaudhry Salik Hussain and General Secretary Punjab Chaudhry Shafi Hussain attended the meeting. The meeting discussed the current political situation, distribution of party tickets for elections in Punjab.
After the consultation, Muslim League-Q decided to give party tickets to the good candidates for the Punjab election campaign and started the process of distribution of tickets to the candidates. In the meeting, it was also decided to form a four-member negotiation committee of the party for the reconciliation process.
The four-member committee includes Chaudhry Sarwar, Tariq Bashir Cheema, Chaudhry Salik Hussain and Chaudhry Shafi Hussain.
Talking to the participants, Chaudhry Shujaat said that the country cannot afford to be divided into institutions in any case, putting aside political differences, all political forces should sit together for the wider interest of the country, which is impossible. Creating opportunities out of potential is the specialty of serious and astute political leaders.
On this occasion, PML-Q President Chaudhry Sarwar said that Pakistan Muslim League wants elections on one day in the entire country, if elections are not held on one day, the political crisis will increase further. Soon they will be submitted to the Election Commission, the process of organizing the party is going on, well-known political figures are joining the party.
