The Pakistan cricket team for the T20 and ODI series against New Zealand has been announced. Shaheen Shah Afridi will be seen in an international match for the first time after T20 World Cup.
Captain Babar Azam and other senior players have also returned to the team.
Babar Azam will lead the national team in both formats against New Zealand while Shadab Khan’s vice-captain position remains.
The T20 squad includes Muhammad Rizwan, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Haris Rauf, Ehsanullah in both formats.
Zaman Khan and Saeem Ayub are part of the T20 squad while Imad Wasim also managed to retain his place in the T20 squad.
Spinner Osama Mir has been included in the ODI squad.
Abbas Afridi, Abrar Ahmed and Tayyab Tahir are among the reserve players.
