Schedule of New Zealand tour of Pakistan changed

The schedule of New Zealand cricket team’s tour of Pakistan has been changed.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has said that the boards of Pakistan and New Zealand have agreed to the change.

According to sources, the schedule has been changed due to provincial elections in Punjab.

5 T20 and 5 ODI matches will be played in the tour, the New Zealand team will now come to Lahore first.

Between Pakistan and New Zealand, 3 T20 matches will be played in Lahore from 14 to 17 April and 2 T20 matches and one ODI match will be played in Rawalpindi from 20 to 26 April, while 4 ODI matches will be played in Karachi from 30 to 7 April. will go.

It should be noted that as per the first schedule, the series was supposed to start from Karachi and then Lahore and end in Rawalpindi.

PCB says that the ODI matches will give the Pakistan team an opportunity to prepare for the Asia Cup and the World Cup and will also support the process of rebuilding the team for the T20 World Cup 2024.

The T20 matches will be played in Lahore on April 14, 15 and 17, while the T20 matches in Rawalpindi will be played on April 20 and 24.

The only one-day match in Rawalpindi will be held on April 26, while the one-day matches in Karachi will be held on April 30, May 3, 5 and 7.
