Peshawar: Eight terrorists were killed in an operation by security forces in Zanghara area of South Waziristan.
According to ISPR, an operation was conducted by security forces on information about the presence of terrorists in Zanghara area of South Waziristan.
ISPR said that there was an exchange of fire between the security forces and the terrorists, due to which 8 terrorists were killed and 2 soldiers were injured, while 2 children were also martyred due to bullet injuries during the firing.
The ISPR further said that the terrorists fired mortars in which 2 soldiers were injured, but unfortunately two children lost their lives in the exchange of fire.
