The team of Lahore Qalandars secured their place in the qualifiers of HBL PHL 8.
The defending champions will be in action on March 15 at home in the event’s qualifiers.
It should be noted that the team against Qalandars is yet to be decided. The second qualifier team will be decided after the result of the match between Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United on Sunday.
It should be noted that the two top teams of the points table will play the qualifiers, the team with the same number of qualifiers will directly play the final on March 19.
The event will feature the first eliminator between the third and fourth placed teams on March 16. The winner of this match will face the loser of the qualifier in Eliminator Two on March 17.
The losing team in the first eliminator will be eliminated from the event.
On the other hand, the winning team of the match between Peshawar Zalmi and Multan Sultans on Friday will also be confirmed in the playoffs, while the losing team in this match will be waiting for a match with Quetta Gladiators.
