Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Salman Shinwari was detained for violating Section 144 in Kohat.
According to the police, along with the PTI leader, 2 other persons have also been detained.
The PTI leader had attended the school children’s protest on Bypass Road this morning.
Police say that Section 144 is in force from March 1 for a month across the district.
