Former Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Ramiz Raja has said that if security is not provided, the big tournament will not be held.
During a conversation on Geo News’ program ‘Naya Pakistan’, Ramiz Raja expressed his views on the ongoing dispute between the Punjab government and the PCB.
He said that shifting Pakistan Super League (PSL) to other cities will cause a lot of damage.
Earlier, PCB refused to accept Punjab government’s offer of Rs 25 crore.
PCB has told the provincial government that they will not give a single penny for security.
Yesterday, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) made an alternative plan regarding PSL 8.
PCB is of the position that if the Punjab government does not withdraw from the demand, the matches of Lahore and Rawalpindi can be shifted to Karachi.
